Provider Workshops

DME Billing and Denials Provider Workshops – September 2025

Acentra Health is pleased to announce that the Wyoming Medicaid Field Representatives will be hosting a series of in-person provider workshops in Casper, Wyoming in September. These sessions are designed to support providers with practical training focused on Durable Medical Equipment (DME) billing and denials.

Each provider workshop will walk attendees through available resources, the DME billing process, as well as highlight common denial reasons and how to resolve them. To ensure providers receive personalized support, every session will conclude with a live Q&A.

These provider workshops will be held at the Gas and Oil Commission Building, located at 2211 King Blvd, Room 126, Casper, WY 82604. Four total sessions are available as follows:

Tuesday, September 23, 2025

• Morning Session: 10:00 AM – 11:30 AM

• Afternoon Session: 1:30 PM – 3:00 PM

Thursday, September 25, 2025

• Early Session: 8:30 AM – 10:00 AM

• Mid-Morning Session: 10:30 AM – 12:00 PM

Providers are encouraged to register early to secure their preferred time slot.
