Quarter 2 In-Person Institutional Inpatient TPL Workshops

Acentra Health invites Wyoming Medicaid providers to attend our Quarter 2 In-Person Institutional Inpatient Third Party Liability (TPL) Workshops. These onsite training sessions are designed to provide hands-on guidance for correctly submitting institutional inpatient claims when Wyoming Medicaid is the secondary or tertiary payer.

During the workshop, providers will learn how to accurately interpret Explanation of Benefits (EOBs), understand claim adjustment reason codes, and properly enter TPL information for UB-04 claim submissions. Additional topics include common billing errors, best practices for submitting clean claims, and key resources to support compliance with Wyoming Medicaid TPL requirements.

Please note: Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility (PRTF) billing will not be covered during these workshops. PRTF training will be offered as part of a separate institutional workshop later in the year.

Each provider workshop will conclude with a live Q&A session, allowing providers to discuss real-world billing scenarios and receive guidance from Acentra Health’s Provider Outreach team.
