The Wyoming Medicaid Provider Lookup contains a database of all currently active Wyoming Medicaid providers (physicians, hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, nursing homes, and more). However, members should keep in mind that not all providers may be accepting new Wyoming Medicaid members.

In addition, the provider addresses and phone number(s) in the database may not be the most current. Therefore, members are advised to please contact providers directly to verify their physical addresses, and to ask if they are accepting new Wyoming Medicaid members.
