Virtual Wyoming Medicaid Provider Trainings
Virtual provider training sessions are open to all Wyoming Medicaid providers interested in taking online and/or calling into virtual trainings right from their provider offices or alternate remote locations. Trainings are specific to the subject matters listed in the July – September 2021 Provider Training Calendar.
These trainings are focused on preparing providers to successfully submit claims the first day the Benefits Management System and Services (BMS) is available. The training topics include the following:
- Registering for secure Provider Portal access
- Communicating changes to Medicaid Policy and Billing Requirements
- Entering claims into the new secure Provider Portal
- Series of “How To” regarding Provider Portal features such as PA Inquiry
The provider training calendar will be updated with additional information and will also be forthcoming regarding required steps to register for specific trainings.
